Mach 01 wants to build and maintain a long-term trusted relationship with its clients. This means protecting the data and maintaining the privacy of our clients. Below is how Mach 01 collects, saves, uses, protects, and shares your data. This Privacy Statement does not cover any practices by any third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third-party websites, services, and applications that you may choose to access through our website, content, social media, or emails. 

1. What Personal Information We Collect

Personal Data is any information related to an identifiable person or individual, directly or indirectly, by reference to one or more factors such as (a) personal information, and/or (b) personal interactions. 

Personal information may include our existing or potential clients and may include but is not limited to an individual name, company name and information, title, industry, job function, email, phone number, address, and other relevant data. Mach 01 does not sell personal information to third parties. We only share personal information outside of Mach 01 for the reasons described below:

Mach 01 provides some opportunities for you to generate your internet-based content about Mach 01 and our services. Typically, the personal information that you provide in this user content will be shared outside of Mach 01 as (a) Mach 01 website may contain areas where users can transmit or post communications, for example, on blogs or in user forums. Any personal information you submit there will be publicly available, and can be read, collected, or used by other users, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Mach 01 is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in such public areas. (b) Mach 01 website may include social media features, such as Linkedin, and Facebook Like buttons, widgets such as the “Share This” button, or interactive scripts that run on our website. (c) Mach 01 sometimes posts on our website customer testimonials that may contain personal information. Mach 01 obtains our customers’ consent to post their names or other personal information along with their testimonials before posting the testimonial on our website. 5. How Personal Information is Stored, Processed, and Collected

Mach 01 may transfer personal information to, and store or process personal data in, countries other than the country in which the personal information originally was collected. Those countries may not have as comprehensive data protection laws as the country from which Mach 01 initially obtained the personal data. However, Mach 01 has executed agreements between and among Mach 01 entities and its subcontractors operating in different countries that contain Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) as defined in the E.U. Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC) and as further authorized in the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) Article 46(5), to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place for the protection of personal data. Mach 01 retains personal information as part of individual customer records for five years following any activity on your account. After that time, your record will be inactivated and then deleted following our data retention practices. Mach 01 may retain personal information associated with orders, quotes, or other official business records for a longer period to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Mach 01 puts in place appropriate physical, electronic and processes to safeguard and secure personal information. These measures follow generally accepted industry standards both during transmission and once it is received. Since transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, although Mach 01 will do its best to protect personal information, the security of your data transmission to our website cannot be guaranteed.

In addition, personal information may be required to determine eligibility to access certain parts of our website.

Mach 01 is not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from Mach 01 website including the information or content contained therein. Mach 01 Privacy Statement does not apply to third-party websites or services when you use a link to go outside Mach 01 website. Mach 01 is not responsible for and does not control any third parties that you authorize to access your user content.
